Faq's

	What is the product made of?
	The product is made with 2x2 CF twill sometimes backed with fiberglass or they come in all fiberglass too.

	How Heavy are the products, and will they save weight?
	The product weight varies between 1LB to 10LBs pending on it's size and weather its carbon fiber or fiberglass. Sorry but no they generally won't save weight because they are made for looks, but they shouldn't weigh more than the oem piece.

	What processes do you guys use at topshop?
	We use 3 different processes! Hand laid, vacuum bagged, and vacuum injected RTM.

	How is the quality and fitment of the parts?
	The quality comes in Grade A and Grade Flawless . They all come with UV protectant. The grade A is great although Grade Flawless is as close to perfect as we can come

	How much is the price different between A and Flawless?
	Well, The Flawless Grade is 50% more than the base price for example( 94-01 CF integra headliner with sunroof: Grade A 400.00 + 70.00 for shipping;; Grade Flawless 400.00 x 50% = 560.00 plus 70.00 for shipping.

	Why is Topshop carbon fiber priced the way it is?
	We are below anyone else on carbon fiber so you the consumer can afford it and not just richy people.

	Who owns and works at Topshop, And where is Topshop?
	Tony Schoenwald and Les schoenwald are the CEO's of the Topshop. We are located in Mitchell, South Dakota. The main employees here at Topshop are Tony, Les, and Justin.

	What is the difference between Grade A and Grade Flawless?
	Grade A is excellent but not perfect and Grade Flawless is as close to perfect as they come.

	If I order Fiberglass what kind of condition will it come in?
	When it comes it will need to be scuffed and painted at a body shop of your choice.

	If I want a part and you guys don't make it or have no other option for it what can I do?
	We can wrap it for you in CF.

	What is that carbon fiber wrap?
	It's where we take the piece you send in. Sand it and clean it, then wrap real CF over it .Then clear coat and sand smooth, then polish the parts mutiple times.

	Well how do I get stuff wrapped and how much does it cost?
	You send us an email with a direct picture and description of the piece and what you want all wrapped. Then we will email you back with the prices on the wrapping. If you agree on the price, you send the pieces you want wrapped to us. Then when we go through the wrap process and send them back. On wrap parts we like to have ½ down and the rest when they are ready to leave.

	What is the quality of wrap parts?
	The quality is second to none. The part or parts get prepped, wrapped, cleared, sanded, cleared, wet sanded and polished.

	What shipping companies do you guys use?
	USPS, UPS and Yellow Freight,LTD

	How long does it normally take to arrive?
	1-4 weeks if we are backed up and 1 week if it's in stock.

	Is there any warranty or coverage on products?
	There is a one year warranty on the Flawless Grade parts and no warranty on grade A parts. If you would like a warranty on Grade A there is a one year warranty on a part for 15% of the value of the part. There is no warranty's on sale prices and GB buy prices (parts are as is.)

	Will Topshop sponsor my car?
	We do sponsor vehicle's, but they are selected by us. The spots do fill fast.

	I seen someone copying your product?
	Please email us and let us know where you found it.

	Does Topshop make all the parts they offer?
	Everything you see that we sell is designed and made by Top Shop in house.

	I see that I can get a carbon fiber cargo cover cheaper on ebay by someone else that make them!
	You could buy from someone on eBay. The thing is that Topshop will make sure if you buy one from us or one of Topshop's dealers that it'll fit and look great. There has been Topshop nock off's but they never cover parts like us! I mean if you buy a no name you'll probably get scammed or get a bad piece of work. If it doesn't say Topshop it's just a flopshop piece.
